The solutions proposed by your surgeon will vary according to the type of dark circles and puffiness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>EYE ANATOMY<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few anatomical basics to help you understand the reason for the\u2019<strong>appearance of dark circles<\/strong> and <strong>pockets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the eye is the lower eyelid. Beneath this is a fatty compartment. This <strong>type of dark circles<\/strong> a higher prevalence in patients from North Africa, for example.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is difficult to correct this type of <strong>pigmented dark circles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Possible treatments to correct <strong>dark circles<\/strong> are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Depigmenting creams; ;<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>laser<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>Depigmenting peels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>CORRECT FAT POCKETS<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>intervention by <u><a href=\"https:\/\/docteurdjian.com\/en\/\">plastic surgery<\/a><\/u><\/strong> to treat a fat pocket is surgical. This is known as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docteurdjian.com\/en\/blepharoplastie-inferieure\/\">lower blepharoplasty<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are a number of techniques for dealing with the fat pocket:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subciliary incision,<\/li>\n<li>Transconjunctival incision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These techniques allow the fat to be removed from the pockets. The <strong>plastic surgeon<\/strong> can either remove them or reshape the fat along the orbit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to improve small pockets of fat with a <a href=\"https:\/\/docteurdjian.com\/en\/intervention\/acide-hyaluronique-injection-paris\/\"><strong>hyaluronic acid injection<\/strong><\/a> at the level of the dark circles.
