OTOPLASTY – EAR SURGERY FOR PROTRUDING EARS
There are several types of ear anomalies:
- Defect in the folding of the antihelix (Y-shaped cartilage);
- Hypertrophy of the concha;
- Excessive forward projection of the concha and the earlobe.
Ear pinning surgery can be performed from the age of 7–8.
Unfortunately, the Earfold device is no longer available. The traditional otoplasty technique is therefore performed.
BLEPHAROPLASTY – EYELID SURGERY
Eyelid surgery, or cosmetic eye surgery, rejuvenates the eyes. It is recommended for patients with excess skin on the upper eyelids, under-eye bags, and/or skin laxity of the lower eyelids (drooping eyelids).

RHINOPLASTY – NOSE SURGERY

Whenever possible, Dr. Djian performs preservation rhinoplasty. This popular technique preserves the nasal dorsum (bridge of the nose) by repositioning it without fully cutting it.
FACELIFT: CERVICOFACIAL LIFT
The cervicofacial facelift is a classic facial cosmetic surgery procedure. It corrects sagging tissues in the mid and lower parts of the face.
This surgery restores the facial contour by tightening the skin.
