What's the difference between cosmetic medicine and cosmetic surgery?
Aesthetic medicine includes non-surgical care, botox injections, ahyaluronic acid, performed directly at Dr. Djian's practice in the 16ᵉ arrondissement, without anesthesia or social eviction. Results are rapidly visible, but remain temporary.
Cosmetic surgery acts in depth on facial and body structures (breasts, silhouette, nose...) for long-lasting, permanent results. Procedures are performed in a clinic, under local or general anesthesia, depending on the type of procedure.
Dr. Djian practices both approaches and will guide you towards the most appropriate solution during your consultation.
How much does a consultation with Dr. Djian cost?
The cost of an office consultation is 100 € INCL. VAT. The second consultation cosmetic surgery is available.
It is important to note that this amount is fully deducted of the final estimate in the event of validation of a aesthetic medicine (botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid injections).
The consultation takes place in the office at 5 square Thiers, in the 16ᵉ arrondissement of Paris. This first exchange is a fundamental step in your journey:

How many consultations are required before an operation?
A minimum of two consultations is required before any surgery.
The first consultation allows Dr. Djian to assess your morphology and define your project together.
The second pre-operative consultation, free of charge, confirms the protocol and finalizes the last details. A 15-day cooling-off period is mandatory between quotation and operation.
All the post-operative consultations are included in the package and personally supervised by Dr Djian.
Is cosmetic surgery reimbursed by Social Security?
Purely cosmetic surgery is not covered by Social Security However, some procedures may be partially reimbursed if they are medically indicated, such as otoplasty, the functional rhinoplasty or the breast reconstruction.
Aesthetic medicine is never reimbursed.
During your consultation, Dr. Djian will tell you whether your situation qualifies for reimbursement.
What are the most common surgical procedures?
For women, the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures are :

When is the final result visible?
